Welcome to Amrta! By purchasing and using this plugin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. License Grant

Upon payment of the subscription fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Amrta for the duration of one month. This license includes:

• Personal Use: Use Amrta in your personal and commercial video editing projects
• Single User: The license is tied to your account and cannot be shared
• Installation: Install Amrta Plugin on devices you personally own and operate
• Updates: Access to all plugin updates during your subscription period

2. Subscription Terms

Amrta operates on a monthly subscription model at ₹20 per month:

• No Automatic Renewal: Your subscription is not automatically renewed each month and there is no auto charge.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Access Duration: Access ends at the day of cancellation or until the end of your subscription.
• Payment: Payment is processed through Zoho Payment and only through UPI.

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
• Redistribute: Share, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the plugin
• Remove Protection: Bypass or remove any licensing or protection mechanisms
• Create Derivatives: Modify or create derivative works based on Amrta
• Share Credentials: Share your account credentials with others

4. Intellectual Property

Amrta, including all code, design, and functionality, is the exclusive property of the developer. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights to the plugin itself.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Amrta is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems or future Adobe updates

While I strive to maintain and improve Amrta, I cannot guarantee it will always work perfectly in all scenarios.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• I am not responsible for data loss or project corruption
• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your work

7. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate your license if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to harm or exploit the service

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using Amrta and delete all copies.

8. Updates and Changes

• Plugin Updates: I may release updates, which may be installed automatically
• Terms Updates: These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance
• Feature Changes: Features may be modified, added, or removed at my discretion

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uttarakhand, India.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

License Revocation

• You must delete all copies of the plugin from your systems
